We offer 18 people dedicated to our disability business with 9 employees spending 100 percent of their time on enrollment and administration. We have invested over $2MM in a proprietary database which enables expert service and efficient administration.
Enrollment The continuous enrollment model offered by WKG consists of enrollment communications that are sent to eligible new hires and newly eligible employees every month. We mail benefit increase offers to employees as soon as their compensation is increased. Terminated employees receive a phone and materials to enable conservation of coverage within 15 days of termination.
Discounted Pricing WKG is a member of M Financial, the country's largest disability insurance buying group. We offer Unum's top-of-the-line products for 7.7% lower premium rates than non-M Financial brokers.
High Guaranteed Standard Issue Offers With WKG, high Guaranteed Standard Issue offers are possible. Insurance carriers trust that a Winged Keel plan will generate a good spread of risk. As such, carriers routinely give us higher Guaranteed Standard Issue offers than our competitors.
